Grails “Redlight” & “The Burden Of Hope” Repressed
Walking around record stores, promoting your band and dropping flyers, posters always fun. The only problem is, that there are the million records, all that beautiful vinyl that you will stare, and get closer or just run to the back and start going crazy..yes. once you picked like 5 you really want, that you have to make a decision.
I think I did well by picking Grails's Burden of Hope. (also check out: Redlight)
I knew this record was out and repressed (also re-mastered), and it's not a new record, also Neurot Recordings means 5 star, but when my eye hit the cover, I knew it was over.
Yes, it has slow rock, post rock, folk, almost country feel to it. It's beautiful to listen to it as we watch the summer passing away..
For fans of This will Destroy You, Thee Silver Mt. Zion.

This is an intentional part of the look and feel of this style.
The black color shirt becomes brownish /grayish uneven crazy vintage looking very soft material.
*Size: S - comfortable fit. very flexible fabric. This is unisex, so make sure that you know it's not women's S. It would be around women's M or so. It is an American apparel tee and really popular among the ladies:)

music as inspiration 01
Many of you asked a lot what type, kind of music that I listen to when working on designs otherwise during the creative process. Well there is a long list of music that goes on around here, mainstream and underground, all kind of genres, really. One of my favorite is one album, and it has changed my life and my thinking, (so is the band) is the 5th neurosis album. It might be really heavy, emotional, too noisy and such, but it made a much deeper connection between me and my inner self. This album takes me to a journey like nothing else does or could. It is brilliant, experimental, lonely, and possess such a powerful brute force that makes every other heavy band sounds like 16 years old kids at they first band rehearsal. One of my favorite song from this album is Aeon. Go figure.
